Hi, I'm Kinga - welcome to living your most inspired life! I'm a wellness consultant, yoga instructor, educator, speaker and creator. In addition to having taught thousands of yoga classes since 2016, I've helped dozens of clients thrive in their lives via my wellness coaching programs that specialize in stress and anxiety elimination using mindset shifts, breath work and meditation, as well as building trust, confidence and self-love.
I work with women and men who have experienced trauma heal by releasing the weight of their past, allowing them to step back into their personal power and lead a vibrant, healthy life.
Being of service in this way is one of my greatest joys, guiding individuals who feel stuck and stagnant in their lives identify and push past their mental and emotional blocks, develop positive new habits, and ignite their inner fire again so they can get to where they want (and need!) to go.
If you're curious to hear more of my own story..
My journey towards becoming a yoga teacher began once I realized a shift was needed, after investing in a career in acting for 12 years had ultimately left me desiring a new chapter in my book of life. However, my deep appreciation for the arts has never faded; I started creating educational, entertaining and inspiring YouTube videos in 2017 around wellness, yoga and mindset, and it's been a super rewarding blend of the two mediums! It's been a blast sharing my knowledge and passion for yoga while also continuing to express myself as an artist.
Since receiving my 200-hour yoga teaching certificate, I've infused my confident communication skills (built from my years on the stage and in front of the screen) with my playful teaching style. It's my jam to inspire audiences as a transformative and educational speaker, and the clients I work with are true blue, chill, kind, considerate and just plain awesome. My classes have garnered a following of dedicated students and are known to be fun, informative, and always offer a little something for everyone, new and experienced.
With the Vancouver (and global) yoga & fitness community being so strong, I'm earnestly grateful and honoured to bring forth my spunky personality to all practitioners! As a humble student myself, I'm consistently engaged in higher learning to expand as a teacher and I always look forward to sharing that new knowledge with my students.
I'm currently teaching corporate, private and public yoga classes, leading workshops and creating weekly YouTube videos. I proudly received my
200-hour Yoga Teaching Certificate through Oxygen Yoga & Fitness,
as well as my Diploma in Acting for Film, Television and VoiceOver from
Vancouver Acting School.
Your classes were the best. I'm really going to miss them, thank you so much! - Amanda Seyfried, American actress
Kinga, I needed this. I needed to remind myself to look inward and take care of myself. I think with today's lifestyle we forget to look after ourselves and therefore we don't look after others and loved ones. I am getting started to love myself again. Thank you. - Saro Boghozian
Kinga has been teaching yoga classes at our school, St. George's School, since the new term and her positivity, guidance, and compassion make her a truly special and unique educator. She is a fantastic teacher; she provides a challenging but fun practice every session that is always fresh and original and she builds upon every practice so now our students are doing some serious arm balances having started with no yoga experience at the start of the term. In addition, she excels in her instruction and cues which are always clear and keep the students engaged. That enough makes a great teacher, but what is really wonderful is that she spends and equal amount of time focusing on the philosophy of yoga, helping the students find moments to connect with their experiences on the mat with their lives beyond the class in a way that is appropriate for their maturity and experience levels. I really hope we intend to keep her for a) more terms, b) years to come, because she is a rare find. (I don't like to admit it, but I'm a little particular when it comes to yoga teachers and she is one of only a handful that I really admire in Vancouver!) - Natalie Liu, St. George's School
My dearest Kinga, you are such an eloquent speaker (even during sad times). You are a gift to this world and one day I see you on huge stages inspiring millions. I think it's so important to keep growing and moving forward to be a better person everyday. We learn so much through good times and also through grief, mistakes and just not so great times. Keep sharing. Keep shining your bright light. Keep living. - Roxanne Low
Kinga is an effervescent and compassionate soul that exudes kindness wherever she goes. Her yoga classes are a thoughtful mix of physical challenge and mindful self-exploration. She is a dedicated practitioner who is always deepening her own knowledge and bringing new elements to her students. It is a delight to see Kinga interact with students of all ages and abilities, forming real and positive connections. She is a gifted teacher, a role model, and a kindhearted human being. I love taking her class because of the uplifting emotions that resonate long after the final savasana. - Sandra Gin, St. George's School
I first encountered Kinga at an event in Vancouver and I was drawn in by her message. I later attended a workshop she facilitated at the Robert Lee YMCA, where Kinga led the group through a series of steps focused on breathing and relaxing the body, and the effects were felt immediately... I really like the way she gauges and engages her audience. The participants at each session I've attended were wildly different in terms of age, background, etc... and I couldn't help but notice her charisma, fun nature and jovial style draws people in. Thanks, Kinga for your teachings. I've found myself regularly drawing on the breathing exercises when I feel my body tense up, and also when I need to focus. - Suzanne O'Donaghue, Robert Lee YMCA
Kinga's authenticity and energized approach to her work is inspiring. She sets the tone to live well with mindful practice. I recently took a workshop with her, and her mini breath work seminar was incredible. I cannot wait to to finally try her yoga classes! I highly recommend Kinga, whether it be taking one of her classes, booking a private class, wellness coaching, or being the lucky one to have a tea with her. - Nicki Robertson

Kinga is a great yoga teacher and such a kind soul. She's incredibly welcoming and encouraging to anyone she meets. At the Siyaflo #Connect event, she led the class through a flowing yoga and meditation session that everyone enjoyed. Her calming demeanour really allowed the class to relax and be present in the moment. An avid learner and constant connector, Kinga embraces those around her.
